Payment

You can pay your online order by iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal, bank transfer, Afterpay (only in The Netherlands & Belgium), MisterCash, GiroPay and &klevering giftcard. The banking costs for international transfers are for the purchaser. Online orders can not be paid in our stores. If you want pay with a &klevering giftcard you first have to log in.

Delivery time

All products are in stock unless otherwise stated. Orders place before 4.30 pm and paid with iDeal, Mastercard, VISA, Paypal of Afterpay will be shipped the same day. The delivery time for the orders within The Netherlands is 1 to 2 business days. We ship within The Netherlands with PostNL. If you have not received your parcel in 4 days, please send an email to webshop@klevering.nl and we help tracing your order. Orders for shipping in Europe and the rest of the world will also proceed immediately. Delivery time for Europe is 2 to 7 business days and for the rest of the world 5 to 14 business days, depending on the carrier. Shipments abroad are sent with PostNL, UPS or DHL. Shipment

Shipping costs for packages within the Netherlands are €4,95. For orders over €75,00 we do not charge shippingcosts in the Netherlands. For small parcels that fit through the mailbox the costs are €3,50 in the Netherlands. Shipping costs outside the Netherlands differ per country. We are always looking for the best prices for shipping abroad. The exact prices are shown at the end of the ordering process. PICK UP It is possible to have your order delivered free of charge at one of our stores in Amsterdam. Handy when you live in Amsterdam or plan a trip to Amsterdam. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days before you can pick up your order. DAMAGE In case anything happened with your package during the shipment and the product is broken of damaged, send us a photo to webshop@klevering.nl that we can solve it immediately.

Returns

In case you are not happy with your purchase, products can be returned within 14 days to: &klevering, Attn.: Returns, Asterdwarsweg 1, 1031 HR Amsterdam, The Netherlands. After we have received the returns and checked the items, we refund the money to your bank account in 3 days including the shippingcosts of your order. The costs for returns are for the buyer. Sending a package within the Netherlands with PostNL costs are €6,95. If you send a more expensive product we advise to send it with insurance. We do not reimburse broken returned products. If you have gotten a gift via our webshop www.klevering.com but you are not happy with it, you can return it to the same adress. Please let us know that is was a gift that you get a coupon code. RETURN IN OUR STORES You can also return your online purchase to one of our stores. Don’t forget to bring your package slip than. You can choose something else in the store or we will refund your money. The stores do not return money.
